Finance Operations Specialist – UAE National

My client are leaders in big data, analytics, and AI.

Reporting to: Director – Finance Operations

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and other financial reports.
• Ensure that the accounting books are arranged in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with finance business partners and stakeholders for monthly closing of books, analyse the numbers reported.
• Work closely with Financial reporting team to ensure that the monthly reporting is executed ontime.
• Preparing audit schedules and managing audit field work.
• AP, AR, GL reconciliations, you will prepare detailed bank reconciliations .
• Balance sheets, which you will prepare and review.
• Liaising with auditors

Qualifications & Experience:

• UAE experience in relevant field for more than 5 years – financial operations mainly.
• Experience with AR/AP/GL
• CA / CFA / CPA certified / MBA-Finance
• Knowledge of UAE financial, commercial and Tax laws- Advantage
