Business Development Manager

Salt has partnered with a UK-based investment company supporting high growth businesses with debt & equity capital. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their rapidly scaling team in Dubai, UAE. As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for growing their portfolio of investors, raising funds for attractive investment opportunities. You will play a key role in identifying potential investors, developing relationships, and securing the capital necessary to support their portfolio of high-growth businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage with potential investors, understanding their investment criteria and interests.
• Develop and implement strategies to raise debt and equity capital for our investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential investors, ensuring a steady flow of capital.
• Work closely with the investment team to structure deals that meet the needs of both our businesses and investors.
• Continuously analyze market trends and investment patterns to identify new opportunities and refine fundraising strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, investment or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of financial models and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of raising funds and managing investor relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
