A multi-national SaaS business is looking for an strategic Customer Success Manager to join their team in their Dubai office.
What The Role Involves:
Growing and maintaining business relationships with Enterprise customers in the GCC region. The role involves up to 30% travel across GCC countries. This position requires someone with a technical background in software services and a passion for retaining key customers by educating them on the software and adding value.
Responsibilities include:
* Face-to-face meetings with customers on a daily basis
* Conducting monthly reports to customers discussing metrics and conversions
* Work closely with the Success team and c-level management
* Acting as key point of contact for the business
* Working with Enterprise and government businesses across the region.
Skills / Experience Needed:
* 2+ years of experience in a client facing Account Manager/Customer Success role with an enterprise software management firm
* Technical and analytical background
* Fluent Arabic spoken language
* Ability to travel across GCC including countries such as Saudi Arabia
Basic salary is up to AED 15,000 + quarterly commission
