Marketing Director

Our client, a growing Holding group across the Middle East and EMEA markets, are looking for a talented Marketing Director to lead all aspects of Marketing both offline and Online for customer acquisition and development within their F&B Division.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer traffic to the restaurant brands.
• Lead the creation and management of diverse marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
• Oversee the management of the restaurant’s social media presence, actively engaging with followers to cultivate brand loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to conceptualize and launch new menu offerings and promotional initiatives.
• Stay abreast of market trends and consumer behaviors, leveraging insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with PR agencies to secure positive media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
• Strategize and execute events and promotions geared toward attracting new patrons and retaining existing clientele.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all activities are conducted in a cost-efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in marketing, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing methodologies and adeptness with various social media platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated creativity and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer preferences.
