Responsibilities|:
To Improve and enhance the sales for each store, and to develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets for each and every retail outlets, with clear deadlines, and achievable short term targets.
Proven experience in the establishment / set-up of new store/ retail outlets right from speaking with mall management, negotiating prices, arranging interior fit-out and obtaining approvals from the relevant Government authorities.
To visit each store regularly and personally/directly & observe all the details relating to that store with a view to improvement.
Carry out assessments, based on statistical data, to estimate the requirements of each retail store in order to facilitate provision of needed resources.
To oversee all the details closely and to communicate with the store managers and senior leadership
