Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Designer with expertise in mobile app design to join our Digital team. You’ll focus exclusively on crafting intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences for our iOS and Android apps, working within a defined design system and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
You’ll need to bring a strong understanding of native mobile UI/UX patterns, platform-specific guidelines (Human Interface Guidelines & Material Design), and a pragmatic mindset to balance user needs with business value.

What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end design efforts for mobile app features-from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and developer-ready specs.
* Design within and contribute to our mobile design library, ensuring consistency and scalability.
* Translate complex business and user needs into elegant, platform-appropriate interactions.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, mobile engineers to ensure thoughtful execution.
* Advocate for native-first experiences and adapt UI patterns to best serve iOS and Android user expectations.
* Use prototyping tools to communicate interaction flows and edge-case behavior.
* Conduct or support usability testing and synthesize findings into actionable improvements.

What You’ll Bring
* 8+ years of product design experience, with a strong focus on native mobile apps.
* A portfolio showcasing app design work that is clean, modern, accessible, and effective across platforms.
* Proficiency in Figma (including component libraries and auto layout).
* Experience working within established design systems or component libraries.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills-especially in cross-functional settings.
