Animator

The Animator is an essential member of our in-house Creative Production agency, responsible for bringing visual concepts to life through dynamic and engaging animations that enhance the airline’s brand identity and storytelling efforts across various marketing channels.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into creative animation concepts and storyboards.
• Create 2D or 3D animations using industry-standard software tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, or Blender, to produce compelling visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Utilize animation techniques, including character animation, motion graphics, and visual effects, to convey messages effectively and captivate audiences.
• Work closely with other members of the creative production team, including graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters, to integrate animations seamlessly into multimedia projects.
• Iterate on animation drafts based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that final products meet quality standards and project objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in animation, and incorporate them into our animation processes and workflows.

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in animation techniques and software tools.
• Diploma or degree in Animation, Digital Media, Visual Effects, or relevant field.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, Blender, or similar.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and movement.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring abstract ideas to life through animation.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
