Position Overview: As a Junior Planner, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced professionals and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of client campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development in the dynamic field of advertising and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and identify opportunities for client campaigns.
  • Utilize various research methodologies to gather relevant data and information.

Strategic Planning:

  • Assist in the development of strategic plans and briefs based on client objectives and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategic recommendations.

Insight Generation:

  • Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform creative concepts, messaging strategies, and media recommendations.
  • Develop audience personas and segmentation strategies to tailor messaging effectively.

Client Collaboration:

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to present research findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on strategic matters.

Campaign Evaluation:

  • Assist in evaluating campaign performance through data analysis and insights generation.
  • Identify key learnings and opportunities for improvement to enhance future campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or strategic planning, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with research and data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
