The administrative professional for the International Office will be responsible for the smooth operation of the office and all its functions: payments, office functionality, vendor registration, various scheduling tasks – in essence, a key player in the machinery of facilities, administration, and equipment management.
What will be your responsibilities and challenges?
* Facilities: addressing issues and improvements;
* Contact with office owner: managing office contracts and documents;
* Receiving and verifying correspondence;
* Handling government correspondence;
* Office and team account administration;
* Equipment management, office supplies, and more;
* Liaising with other offices to monitor administrative matters;
* Serving as the focal point for the location.
What do you need to have to secure this position?
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or related fields;
* Focus on generating results and optimizing operations;
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel, Sharepoint, the Office suite in general, and ERP/CTRM systems;
* Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, communication, organization, negotiation, proactivity, problem anticipation;
* Proficiency in English from intermediate to advanced levels (writing, reading, and communication); Portuguese desirable
