Our client, a regional leader in real estate development and destination creation, is seeking an Assistant Vice President – Organizational Development to help drive strategic HR initiatives. In this role, you’ll shape leadership development, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support culture transformation across high-impact projects. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of organizational development strategies.
• Drive leadership and talent development programs across the business.
• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Support culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
• Use data and insights to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in organizational development or a related discipline
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proven project management capabilities
• Expertise in organization design methodologies
