Our client, a global leader in advanced technology solutions across aerospace, defence, transportation, and security, is seeking a Customer Service Data Analyst to join their customer support operations team. You will be at the intersection of data analytics and customer engagement-playing a key part in transforming service-related data into actionable insights that enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
Beyond analytics, you will also act as a main interface between internal teams and customers, supporting order management, credit processes, and participating in key stakeholder meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer service data from various sources
- Identify patterns and root causes of service issues to recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate data insights into operational enhancements.
- Support the development and refinement of performance metrics and service analytics frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in sales administration, preferably within the digital banking or technology sector.
- Proven ability to manage clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and across international markets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and customer service workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
