The Role
Develop and maintain company policies and procedures periodically.
Partake in planning and executing HR strategies and initiatives.
Track and further enable the staff’s career development objectives and practices.
Maintain and periodically enhance the companys performance management procedures and tools.
Provide support to company staff with recurring and ad-hoc requests, processes, and queries.
Maintain and continuously improve practices, tools and incentives that enhances staffs’ wellbeing and companys physical and digital work environment.
Nurture a cultivating company culture through events and activities.
Oversee talent scoping and onboarding processes to ensure they’re properly executed and up to date.
Maintain, update and backup the company’s HRM data records and documents consistently.
