I am collaborating with a renowned Riyadh-based organization that is actively seeking a Senior Manager with expertise in operating model design, organizational restructuring, manpower planning, change management, and proficiency in people transition and capability development. The role involves making a significant contribution to a strategic project within the Kingdom.

The ideal candidate will bring 10-15 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing operational models, driving organizational restructuring initiatives, and effectively managing change in large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating Model Design: Develop and implement effective operating models aligned with the strategic goals of the Utilities entity.
  • Organizational Restructuring: Lead initiatives to optimize organizational structures, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Manpower Planning: Conduct thorough manpower planning exercises to ensure optimal resource allocation and workforce efficiency.
  • Change Management: Implement robust change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • People Transition: Oversee and manage the transition of personnel, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum employee engagement.
  • Capability Development: Develop and implement programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • 10-15 years of experience in operations, organizational design, and change management.
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Utilities sector.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent Arabic
