CRM Campaign Manager

Our client on agency side in the Middle east is looking for their next CRM Senior Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop HTML email templates.
• Monitoring and evaluating on CRM Campaigns and activities
• Own the email/SMS communications calendar and manage all outgoing messages across the company.
• Assess and improve the usage of CRM platform, and automate daily tasks.
• Execute and analyze A/B test plans to improve engagement performance.
• Work on marketing automation activities.
• Help to scale and programmatically automate the growth processes.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant work experience in retention marketing or lifecycle marketing and/or existing customer management.
• You have experience with CRM tools like SAP, Salesforce, Adobe.
• Campaign production and execution.
• You are very comfortable with writing scripts to automate data and reporting processes very effectively.
• Good Knowledge of email rendering and front-end development.
