Our client, a well-established company working with luxury brands is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Executive to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain users’ engagement with the CX platform and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and address NPS system for issues to ensure optimal customer engagement.
- Support the CX, CRM & CLC departments and execute effective customer centric initiatives,
- Utilize the CX platforms to identify and track the metrics of customer engagement with the business and compile reports based on those metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in customer experience
- Experience using CX platforms
