Our client, a leading hospitality is currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate and execute all Digital Marketing Campaigns, covering Web, SEO/SEM, Database Marketing, Email, Social Media, and Display Advertising.
- Create and maintain industry-leading Websites with compelling content, reflecting sensational offerings.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative Growth Strategies for digital marketing.
- Strategize, execute, and evaluate Experiments and Conversion Tests to achieve remarkable outcomes.
- Apply strong Analytical Acumen to assess the End-to-end Customer Journey and enhance User Funnels.
- Collaborate with Agencies and Vendors to foster seamless relationships.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide insightful Thought Leadership to guide strategic adoption.
- Analyze and report on the Performance of Digital Marketing Initiatives against ROI and KPIs.
- Discover Trends and Insights to optimize expenditure and enhance performance.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams to curate landing pages, optimizing the User Experience.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proven expertise in Digital Marketing within the Hospitality Industry, particularly in nightlife.
- Exceptional proficiency in enhancing Customer and Stakeholder Satisfaction while driving Profitability, demonstrating a dedication to Industry-Leading Standards.
- Proactive nature combined with meticulous attention to detail ensures precise curation of all operational aspects.
- Proficient in Marketing Research and Statistical Analysis. Ability to identify Target Audiences and devise engaging, informative, and motivating Digital Campaigns.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing SEO/SEM, Marketing Databases, Emails, Social Media, and Display Advertising Campaigns.
- Competency in A/B Testing and Multivariate Experiments.
- Familiarity with Ad-serving tools and optimization of Landing Pages and User Funnels.
- Thorough knowledge of Website and Marketing Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.
- Expertise in setting up and optimizing PPC Campaigns on major search engines. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and limitations.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. Advanced organizational and supervisory skills to lead and inspire teams to new heights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exceed expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
