PR Manager

Our client is currently looking for a superstar PR Manager to join their team and assume a leadership role in shaping the brand image and managing communications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement proactive PR strategies to bolster brand reputation.
• Spearhead PR initiatives for new hotel launches, ensuring widespread media exposure.
• Cultivate strong connections with local, regional, and international media channels.
• Supervise the development of PR materials that authentically reflect brand identity.
• Create captivating pitches and narratives to engage media outlets effectively.
• Coordinate media engagements and events seamlessly.
• Establish and nurture relationships with industry experts.
• Stay abreast of PR trends and industry best practices.
• Handle PR crises adeptly and professionally.
• Monitor and evaluate PR outcomes to optimize strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of PR experience, preferably in an agency; hotel pre-opening experience is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the media landscape, particularly in the Middle East.
• Demonstrated ability for innovative thinking, multitasking, and taking ownership.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative professional.
• Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, including dining and nightlife.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
