Position Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Manager with a strong background in consumer PR. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, developing strategic communication plans, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality PR services.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with clients’ business goals and enhance their brand visibility in the market.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional media, securing positive coverage for clients and effectively managing media inquiries.
• Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling press releases, articles, and other PR materials in both Arabic and English.
• Event Management: Plan and execute events, product launches, and press conferences, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful execution.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with insightful analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Crisis Management: Provide strategic counsel and support to clients during crisis situations, helping to protect and enhance their reputations.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer PR, preferably within an agency setting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; strong leadership and team management abilities; adept at strategic thinking and problem-solving; proficiency in PR software and tools.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the media landscape in the UAE and the broader Middle East region; familiarity with digital PR and social media strategies.
