Senior SEO Manager

Our client, a leading agency based in Dubai, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SEO across a variety of sectors, including finance, leisure, e-commerce, property, banking, or events. As a Senior SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive organic growth and enhance our clients’ online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies for clients across various industries to improve their online presence and organic search rankings.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to ensure high rankings in search engine results.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve collective and individual goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successful SEO strategy development and execution.
• Strong experience across diverse sectors such as finance, leisure, e-commerce, property, banking, or events is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
