Position Objective:
Our Client, a Digital company in the Middle East is looking for their next Customer Experience Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a Customer Experience Strategy and Execution and need to be willing to travel.
Responsibilities
- Work on the care strategy to optimize customer experience.
- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels.
- Work closely with IT developers, as well as the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
- Keeping informed of industry trends and new CRM technologies.
- Prepare reports and analyze customer feedback on product and new releases.
- Document processes and technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaint.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Ideally 5 years’ work experience in customer experience strategy and execution.
- The Customer Experience Manager should display a result-driven mindset and strive to build strong brand awareness.
- The Customer Experience Manager should be an inspiring leader and develop a team of talented individuals.
- Should have exposure to digital self-care, call center, CVM, and direct sales environments.
- They should haveexperience in digital product development.
