Responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager:

• Drive sales growth and achieve targets
• Support the HR department in hiring and training personnel
• Organize store operations and assign responsibilities to the team
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
• Monitor stock levels and manage purchases efficiently
• Promptly address customer complaints
• Ensure the store maintains an impeccable reputation
• Nurture and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple locations.

Requirements for the successful Area Sales Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Sales, Finance, or Operations certification is advantageous
• At least 5 years of experience in the silver/gold domain
• Proven managerial experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead with confidence
• Commercial awareness
• Strong analytical abilities
