Responsibilities:

• Engage with senior stakeholders in schools and MATs to uncover new revenue streams.
• Exceed sales targets by expanding the reach of cutting-edge software solutions.
• Proactively reach out to build, progress, and close sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the market, products, and competition.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline with a clear process and methodology.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to drive sales success.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, consistently meeting and surpassing targets.
• Previous experience working within a hybrid 360 sales role. Handling both new business sales and then expanding those accounts.
• Previous experience working towards MRR targets on SaaS subscription sales.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
• Strong team player committed to personal and team growth.
• Resilient mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to grasp market insights and product benefits quickly.
• Effective time management skills and CRM maintenance for accurate forecasting.
