This role is ideal for a Saudi national with a background in payments, financial services, or fintech, looking to drive strategic partnerships and optimise channel performance.

Overview

As Payment Partnerships Executive, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of payment services and integrations across e-commerce and partner platforms. This is a commercially focused role that combines analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory awareness to ensure seamless payment operations and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and partners to enhance payment and collection services across platforms.
  • Support the development and execution of channel partnership strategies, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing partners.
  • Monitor platform metrics to ensure top-up and payment services run smoothly, providing prompt support and solutions when issues arise.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan and implement new payment initiatives.
  • Oversee project deliverables related to channel integration and optimisation, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Review internal processes to identify areas for improvement and lead efforts to enhance payment efficiency.
  • Proactively manage outstanding work items to accelerate implementation timelines.

Requirements:

  • Saudi national with a strong academic background in finance, payments, or related fintech fields.
  • Exposure to international markets through study or professional experience (e.g. US, UK, China).
  • Basic understanding of local regulatory requirements and compliance relating to payments and cross-border fund transfers in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
