Role and responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and inspire a Delegate Sales Team to exceed revenue targets and KPIs while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop innovative growth strategies that focus on data-driven decision-making, enhancing our delegate acquisition and retention efforts.
- Engage directly with key clients, understanding their objectives and tailoring solutions to meet their needs, driving both delegate attendance and sponsorship upsell opportunities.
- Implement and optimize tools to improve reporting, operational efficiency, and delegate registration processes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through market analysis and competitor research, identifying opportunities to expand our audience reach.
- Partner with marketing, content, and operations teams to align strategies and maximize event impact.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in B2B exhibition sales.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a talent for motivating teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen, including experience with budget management, contract negotiation, and proposal writing.
