Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for events and safety? My client, a leading events company is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead the charge in ensuring the success of their events across KSA.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in managing floor safety, stand design approvals, and supervising everything related to Health & Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with event operations and show teams overseeing event staging, temporary structures, power distribution, AV & lighting, logistics, rigging, and health & safety!
- Manage technical input for event-specific Health & Safety as well as provide safety inductions and immediate action during incidents/emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and venue standards.
- Evaluate stand design submissions for risk assessment and offer solutions.
- Oversee on-site construction and breakdown stages.
- Record H&S event performance and provide post-show analysis.
Qualifications:
- You MUST have a NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent.
- My client is only considering candidates who have experience/ knowledge in the exhibition industry.
- For this role, you must have an understanding of technical elements in construction design management
- You will be supporting large-scale exhibitions and should be able to work well under pressure.
