Key responsibilities:
- Lead the IAM sales strategy across META, setting aggressive goals to grow revenue and market presence.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through direct engagement, marketing collaboration, and partner channels.
- Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients, key decision-makers, and influencers.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle – from prospecting and demos to RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
- Partner with marketing, engineering, and channel teams to deliver joint go-to-market efforts and campaigns.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends, regional compliance updates, and competitor movements to stay ahead of the curve.
- Represent the company at events, customer meetings, and industry forums.
Requirements:
**For this position you must be working for an IAM vendor or have experience specialising in IAM sales**
- Proven success in selling cybersecurity IAM solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Solid understanding of IAM, cloud security, and digital identity.
- Skilled in enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC (or similar frameworks).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing abilities.
- Saudi National is preferred. Open to Arabic speakers too.
