Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute robust sales strategies to significantly expand market reach and revenue, aiming for a minimum of 5X growth.
* Team Building and Leadership: Establish, mentor, and guide sales teams, proactively creating new teams and functions aligned with the organization’s growth.
* Comprehensive Hiring Process: Oversee end-to-end hiring for sales and related positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
* Project Management: Lead complete project life-cycles, from conceptualization and planning to seamless execution, ensuring efficient coordination with internal teams.
* Customer and Market Insights: Deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics, identifying and addressing underlying issues to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize extensive data analytics to drive informed and strategic decisions, and identify key growth trends and opportunities.
* Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work cross-functionally to design and implement solutions for complex business challenges effectively.
* Strategic and Hands-On Leadership: Maintain a balance between providing strategic oversight and actively engaging with the team and clients, ensuring understanding and resolution of issues at both macro and micro levels.
Requirements:
* Proven Sales Growth: Track record demonstrating significant sales growth (5X or more) in relevant industries.
* Leadership and Team Development: Experience building, leading, and mentoring sales teams, including establishing new functions and teams.
* Expertise in Hiring: Strong capability in managing the complete hiring process for sales and related roles, from candidate sourcing to final selection.
* Project Management Skills: Expertise in end-to-end project management, showcasing excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
* Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Profound analytical skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach and deep problem analysis.
* Collaborative Skills: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective teamwork with cross-functional departments.
* Strategic Thinking and Execution: Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving and customer engagement.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
* Relevant Industry Experience: Extensive sales leadership experience, particularly in retail, tech, e-commerce, marketplace, and/or automotive after-sales sectors.
