As they continue to grow, they are looking to add a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to their team.

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the agency’s revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies that attract and retain clients. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized presentation design solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure project briefs are fully understood and client expectations are met.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on sales activities and results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, ideally within the creative, marketing, or design industries.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics, with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
• Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.`
