A rapidly growing global cybersecurity vendor is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to grow and nurture large enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major clients across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Government, BFSI, and Commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the account management strategy for your assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their cybersecurity needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their initiatives and provide tailored solutions, establishing yourself as the primary point of contact.
- Work alongside internal teams to understand client goals and drive opportunities.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers, proactively identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
- Manage forecasts, account plans, and customer relationships, utilizing best practices to ensure accuracy and effective execution.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and regularly update client details and progress.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Account Management, specifically in cybersecurity sales.
- Proven track record working with major accounts in industries such as Oil & Gas, BFSI, Government, and Commercial sectors.
- Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, networking, and IT products.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
