My client a growing security vendor is looking for an inspiring leader to drive innovation and growth! You will be responsible for motivating and guiding a high performance team whilst shaping the success of the companies market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations for customers, prospects, and partners.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and tech advancements, representing the company at forums, networking events etc.
- Manager and lead a team of presales/Sales Engineers across South Asia, India and the Middle East.
- Build a team of solutions engineers and architects, ensuring effective collaboration and client engagement
- Foster strategic partnerships and long term business relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer feedback and innovation.
- Support with managing the largest accounts across South Asia, India & the Middle East.
- Be the face for the company, this role will require 50% travelling.
- Oversee the transition from sales to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
- You must have over 10+ years experience leading presales/sales engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of sales support processes and customer management practices.
- Strong knowledge of the cyber landscape to be able to discuss industry trends with a key focus on information security.
- You must have a strong tech commercial acumen as well as a strong understanding of IT security.
- Customer mindset with a focus on collaboration and initiative.
- You mustbe flexible to travel, as you will be covering South Asia, India & the Middle East.
