Corporate Development Manager

Job Description:

SALT has been entrusted with the recruitment for an exciting opportunity operating as a Corporate Strategy Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to lead the formulation of the company’s strategy and oversee internal strategy implementation, collaborating with other executive team members.

This pivotal role also encompasses compliance activities and reporting responsibilities to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and Owners. Additionally, you will support the Executive Management Team on high-stakes strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the formulation of the company’s strategy alongside the CSO and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with the business
• Manage end-to-end processes related to strategic business development, including high-profile acquisitions, partnership processes, and other critical relationships
• Ensure efficient processes towards the Board of Directors and Owners, keeping them informed on company progress to facilitate effective decision-making
• Work with the CSO and CFO on continuous reporting and enhancement of key business metrics
• Oversee and manage strategic partnerships and alliances

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Background in technology from investment banking, management consulting, or commercial positions in technology companies
• Proven experience in negotiations and/or leading strategic processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage mixed stakeholder landscapes (customers, end-users, internal resources, partners, etc.)
