Director – Tourism

I am currently working with a prominent Big 4 Consulting firm in search of a Director to be based in Riyadh. This is a pivotal role where you will within the Government & Public Sector unit spearheading strategy-based projects across the Middle East building strong partnerships with clients and delivering innovative solutions to address their most pressing challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy development and execution, overseeing transformation agendas.
• Lead Strategy and Transformation Management initiatives within the Tourism and Hospitality sector.
• Manage and deliver large-scale client engagements, guiding government-owned entities through organizational restructuring and service model enhancements.
• Ensure quality deliverables and effective team management, supporting functional tracks of transformation efforts.
• Lead the development and presentation of business proposals for growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• My client is only considering candidates who possess a minimum of 10+ years’ experience at the Senior Manager or Director level within the consultancy field.
• You MUST be an Arabic speaker for this position.
• My client is only considering candidates with strong consulting experience in tourism, or hospitality.
