Investor Relations Manager

SALT Recruitment is at the forefront of identifying and placing top talent within the fixed income investment sector. We are seeking an Investor Relationship Manager (IRM) who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record in the fixed income investment sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth-individuals, family offices and institutions. Understanding their needs, and acting as a key liaison between clients and our clients internal teams. This role is pivotal in providing support, advice, and solutions to enhance and expand client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Strategy and Sales to ensure alignment with market dynamics.
• Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and feedback, taking decisive action to address any concerns.
• Develop a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals with AUMs of USD 1m and above, targeting revenue generation of USD 2m+.
• Convert book AUMs to ASCDL efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients to drive new business.
• Pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets and establish strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and aspirations in relation to ACD offerings.
• Assist in fund-raising for investment through clients into the company’s products across different asset classes.
• Independently seek out and source new clients by developing networks and identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.
• Establish and manage client relationships, aiming to raise new funds and achieve investment targets from UHNWIs, family offices, corporate, and institutional investors.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in financial markets, with a focus on equities, fixed income, and/or various asset classes advisory.
• A strong passion for winning new business, signing up new clients, and generating revenue.
