Sales Manager – Middle East & Africa for Process Technology

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the Middle East and Africa.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Market Expansion: Drive sales growth across the Middle East and Africa by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in water treatment, soft drink production, juice facilities, and dairy plants.
🔹 Client Solutions: Leverage your expertise to offer tailored process technology solutions, addressing specific needs for each market. Understand local standards and requirements to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
🔹 Strategic Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for each sector, including systems, production facilities, and standards-compliant technologies. Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maximize impact.
🔹 Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and industry influencers. Provide exceptional service and support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
🔹 Collaborative Approach: Work closely with our technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven Experience: Successful track record in sales management, particularly in process technology across multiple sectors such as water, soft drinks, juice, and dairy. Experience in the Middle East and Africa markets is highly desirable.
🔹 Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of process technology for water factories, soft drink lines, juice production, and dairy plants. Knowledge of local market standards and regulations is crucial.
🔹 Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute effective sales strategies tailored to diverse market needs. Strong analytical skills to assess and respond to market dynamics.
🔹 Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.
🔹 Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets. Proven ability to deliver results in complex sales environments.
