Senior Manager – Education

Our client, a global consultancy, is looking for a Senior Manager to join their expanding team in KSA or Dubai. This person will be responsible for guiding collaborative efforts toward shared objectives, working closely with clients to identify the right solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Forming a proficient Education team, overseen by the Middle East Education leadership.
• Cultivating strong client connections with key organizations in government and industry sectors.
• Identifying and molding potential projects within Middle East Education.
• Providing high-quality solutions to Education-related challenges in the region.
• Adhering to the firm’s ethical standards and business practices.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in executing Education and skills initiatives.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Middle East as needed.
• Experience collaborating with government bodies, educational institutions, and professional groups.
• Prior (preferably current) experience in the Middle East, showcasing the ability to foster relationships and teams within its cultural context.
• Proficiency in Arabic (preferred) and English communication.
• Background in a top-tier consultancy or leading strategic firm, with evidence of sales proficiency.
• Proven leadership skills in managing both direct reports and broader project teams.
