A leading regional tech business is looking for a Sales Director to lead their fast – growing Sales team across Riyadh, Jeddah and the expansion offices which will be in the Eastern province.
We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset, strong team management and coaching skills, proven experience managing high performind sales teams.
Role Responsibilities:
- Sustaining the operations by identifying new business and generating new opportunities.
- Proven experience turning under performing sales teams around
- Proven ability making a sales strategy in order to deliver the needed budgets.
- Ensuring that the company is operating under the correct law and regulations.
- Coaching, and ensuring development of the team members
- Hitting an aggressive hiring strategy for the sales team
- Ensuring that all sales growth are on target, and excellent account management.
- Running a smooth operation and keeping up to date reports on the CRM and ensuring the team is too.
- Working very closely with C-Level and senior management to set strategies
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Sales Management experience in an online environment – mobile app/online/tech company
- Prior working experience in Saudi Arabia is a must
- Entrepreneur mindset with hands-on and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent knowledge of the KSA market
- Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities and assess, recognise and reward performance.
- Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
