Salary: 10,000 AED – 15,000 AED + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales of AI platforms across enterprise, government, and large corporates in the UAE.
• Prospect, pitch, demo, and manage the sales cycle from initial lead generation through to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline reporting through CRM tools.
• Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.

Requirements:

• 2 years of B2B software sales experience in the UAE, with exposure to enterprise, government, or conglomerates.
• Proven track record managing the full sales cycle and achieving targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable selling AI and digital solutions, with the ability to quickly articulate value propositions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
• High-energy, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
