Presales Engineer – Identity and Access Management

I’m partnered with a leading distributor who is hiring a Presales Engineer to join their team based in Riyadh.

The role is to own and drive solutions regionally to clients and customers, Interacting and working with multiple teams to provide the most suitable technical solution. Extensive experience in the Cybersecurity technology, security principles, architectures and competitive products & security architectures and design.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a wide range of presales activities working closely with the Sales Team.
• Project, Configuration and implementation of IDAM, PAM, IAM.
• Product presentation and technical deep diving to prospects, customers, and partners.
• You will be joining an extremely motivated sales team, playing a key role as a subject matter expert in the state of the art security spaces.
• Product presentation and technical deep diving to prospects, customers, and partners .
• Conducting and documenting successful live demos of Cybersecurity solutions.
• Keeping a healthy and positive relationship with key customers and partners, meeting them regularly and keeping them up to date with the latest product releases and new features.
• Representing the client at trade shows, exhibitions and events, also as public speaker.
• Gathers and assesses customer needs, both business and technical.
• Investigate and optimizes solutions fit to the requirements of an opportunity, both current and future and adapt solution design to new requirements.

Requirements:

• Certifications and experience in GCC, particularly in Saudi
• Diligent with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Previous Presales experience specialising in cybersecurity solutions
