ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

A leading ServiceNow Elite Partner is currently going through a period of great growth where they are now looking for ServiceNow Senior Consultants with ITOM expertise!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and Cloud Management.
• Lead client engagements, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize IT operations workflows to improve service visibility and efficiency.
• Integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ITOM solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation and consulting.
• Strong understanding of IT operations management processes and ITIL framework.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide API, PowerShell, or Python).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
