SOC Manager

Salt has partnered with a Global IT Consultancy who are looking for an experienced SOC Manager to lead their security operations and help build resilience against evolving cyber threats. This role is critical in managing complex client engagements and delivering top-notch security monitoring and response services.

It is essential for this role that you are a fluent Arabic speaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in delivering monitoring and response services.
• Develop and enhance cyber defense and response capabilities.
• Advise clients on aspects of cyber defense strategies.
• Build innovative services to address emerging cybersecurity needs.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, and presentations while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• Leadership experience in a SOC or detection/response function.
• Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity standards, frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST), and tools (Splunk Enterprise Security).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Amazon, Azure, Google) and sandbox solutions.
• Excellent skills in analyzing diverse data sources and log files.
