Data Scientist – (Manufacturing Background) – Dubai UAE

Salt is currently representing one of our key clients, a leading Manufacturing Company in the MENA (Middle East, North Africa) region and they are looking to add several senior leaders to their team as they scale, including a Data Scientist with around 5 to 7 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.

This position is a permanent hire, full time and will require relocation to the UAE – this organization has relocated other technology specialists from all areas of the world.

The Data Scientist applies strong machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval expertise to design, prototype, and build next-generation advanced analytics engines and services. The data scientist collaborates with translators to define technical problem statements and hypotheses to test; develop efficient and accurate analytical models that mimic business decisions.

Important; Should have domain knowledge of metal and mining or energy or heavy industry or oil and gas experience or a combination of these industries.
