Enterprise Agile Coach

My client are leaders in the Mining & Metals industry.

The Agile coach is responsible to enable an agile way of working across the company through open team communication and effective collaboration. The Agile coach defines and implements the team cadence through agile ceremonies and ensures that agile best practices are followed throughout.

Key responsibilities:

• Coaching the team and wider organization towards being customer focused and value driven delivery as well as training the team on agile methodology, frameworks and tools.
• Define the team cadence and agile ceremonies and role model all these throughout the duration of the product lifecycle
• Mentoring scrum masters to become effective servant leaders, overseeing the scrum process and coaching the team to facilitate transparency and adaptation.
• Mentoring Product Owners in creating vision driven backlogs as well as release planning/ sprint reviews

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years proven record of successful agile coaching roles
• 5+ years Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
• 10+ years overall experience in IT
• Agile methodologies and frameworks including, but not limited to Scrum, XP, LESS, Kanban
• Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC). Preferably, PMI agile certified (PMI-ACP)
