What You’ll Do:

• Product Leadership: Own the product strategy for six new financial products and the development of a new digital bank (neobank).
• Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver top-tier products on time and within budget.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation through development, testing, and launch.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and customer insights to iterate on features and make decisions on whether to scale or sunset products.
• Market Focus: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and regulations to ensure product-market fit and differentiation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product plans for technical teams and senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• 10+ years in Product Management
• Proven success delivering products within digital banking, neobanking, or fintech.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, with hands-on experience working across multiple teams.
• Ability to quickly translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Expertise in product prioritization, roadmap management, and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in hiring and scaling product teams.
