The ideal candidate will have a robust background in selling enterprise technology solutions, a proven track record in managing sales teams, and a strong network within key sectors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of experience in selling Enterprise Technology solutions, with at least 10 years in a Sales Management role.
- Proven track record in selling Software Licenses and IT Services to major customers in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and mentoring sales professionals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance of the sales team and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Report regularly on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments to senior management.
- Leverage an extensive network of C-level decision-makers within the public sector and financial services sectors to drive sales initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships.
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) with excellent English communication skills.
