Customer Experience & Digital Consultant (Saudi National)

⏳ 12-month initial contract – with extensions

I am looking for Saudi National consultants with a strong background in Customer Experience (CX), digital transformation, and government-facing projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact public sector initiatives, helping shape the future of citizen experiences through data-driven strategies and digital innovation.

Key Areas of Experience:

• Strong grounding in Customer Experience strategy and delivery
• Familiarity with Qiyas Index (DGA) – confidential, but a key advantage
• Proven experience in digital experience design and enhancement
• Skilled in survey design, implementation, and analysis
• Ability to gather and document Technology Business Requirements
• Prior involvement in government projects or public sector programs
• Big 4 consulting experience is a strong plus
