I am working with a Digital Consultancy that requires a CX&I Consultant to join them in January on an initial 2-month contract:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insight Development: Analyze and synthesize insights from clients’ internal data sources. Must excel in data collection, organization, and conducting initial analyses to uncover meaningful insights.
  • Research & Hypothesis Building: Perform research and data synthesis to identify critical user insights, develop hypotheses, and design effective customer experiences.
  • CX Program Development: Build foundational Customer Experience (CX) programs and frameworks for implementation within organizations.
  • Research Expertise: Apply a variety of exploratory and assessment-based research techniques, demonstrating proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Customer Journey Enhancement: Focus on understanding, mapping, and improving customer journeys based on insights.
  • Persona and Journey Mapping: Develop personas, create customer journey maps, and adapt journeys based on user insights.
  • Service Design Expertise: Leverage service design and journey mapping to address challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Visual Design Collaboration (Desirable): Possess a keen design sense to collaborate effectively with designers and produce visually appealing artifacts.

General Skills:

  • Strong consulting skills, with experience advising C-level clients.
  • A team player with leadership qualities, capable of mentoring junior team members.
  • A creative and analytical problem solver who can develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, numerical, and presentation abilities tailored for both C-Suite stakeholders and detailed reporting.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, with the ability to quickly adapt to client needs.

Travel Requirements:

  • Flexibility to travel to Abu Dhabi for key meetings as required.
