Digital Consulting Manager

Overview:
We are supporting a leading boutique consulting firm in their search for a Digital Transformation Manager to join their Dubai-based team. The firm specializes in operational excellence and digital innovation, working with clients across the GCC to deliver impactful transformation programs.

This role will see you leading client engagements focused on digital enablement, product strategy, technology solutions, and business transformation. You’ll be expected to manage both teams and stakeholders while driving the successful delivery of projects with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of digital transformation engagements from planning to execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-impact solutions.
• Design and facilitate workshops with clients to shape digital strategies and roadmaps.
• Mentor and guide project teams, optimizing performance and development.
• Oversee the rollout of digital initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Provide advisory on IT governance, data analytics, applications, and emerging tech trends.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs and tangible value for clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal and client-side teams to ensure project alignment.
• Communicate insights effectively through structured reports and presentations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in management consulting or digital transformation roles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of IT architecture and transformation frameworks.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel; able to build compelling, data-backed narratives.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia.
