Our client, a rapidly expanding enterprise software company, is looking to hire a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager(IC) to drive growth across the public sector and oil & gas verticals in the UAE. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role that involves managing the full sales cycle-from lead generation to closing and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Government and Oil & Gas sectors
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue and performance targets
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with the organization’s growth plans
- Build deep relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
- Collaborate with partners and system integrators to close complex deals
- Stay informed on industry trends, procurement cycles, and competitive positioning
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
Ideal Candidate Profiles
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- MBA or equivalent from a recognised institution is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software licenses sales
- Proven track record of closing large, value-based deals in the public sector and oil & gas verticals
- Strong understanding of the UAE government ecosystem and procurement processes
- Experience working with SIs/channel partners on major projects
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Ability to manage a long sales cycle and complex decision-making chains
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Established network within UAE government entities is an advantage
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
