Mobile App Product Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Mobile App Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and evolution of a large-scale customer-facing mobile app (iOS & Android). This position plays a key role in driving commercial performance, enhancing customer engagement, and promoting self-service adoption through mobile-first solutions.

The role requires deep collaboration across multiple business units, including digital, commercial, and operations teams, to continuously refine the mobile journey and drive measurable growth in app usage, customer satisfaction, and digital revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the long-term mobile app strategy across multiple product streams.
• Guide the work of cross-functional product teams, aligning them toward shared business goals.
• Position the mobile app as a core touchpoint in the customer experience, integrating seamlessly with broader digital ecosystems.
• Identify and act on opportunities for app-driven growth, digital self-service enhancements, and platform innovation (e.g., personalization, loyalty integration).
• Balance high-impact strategic initiatives with incremental improvements to optimize KPIs and user value.
• Drive outcomes across key mobile metrics including MAUs/DAUs, retention, NPS, conversion, and app-generated revenue.
• Develop competitive product positioning and ensure clear differentiation in the market.
• Use data and customer insights to inform continuous app improvement and user journey enhancements.
• Oversee relationships with technology vendors and partners contributing to mobile capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in mobile app product management, ideally within digital commerce or travel-related sectors.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
• Proven experience working with complex eCommerce platforms in a regulated or transactional industry (e.g., aviation, travel, fintech).
• Deep understanding of airline systems and processes such as reservations, ticketing, fare management, and revenue accounting is strongly preferred.
• A portfolio of mobile features or products launched at scale, with measurable business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe Product Owner) and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on familiarity with PSS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar platforms is advantageous.
