I’m partnered with a leading global technology provider who has a wide portfolio of products, solutions and services. My client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join the team who will play a pivotal role in building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers. As well as developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers or clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Understand customers’ needs, preferences, and goals to provide personalized service and solutions.
- Provide post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, ensuring successful product delivery, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales and renewals.
Requirements:
- Skilled communicator, previous experience working for a System Integrator.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Arabic speaker is preferred.
